Introducing The Artists

The Artists is a paid professional development programme offering personal, practical and creative support to five artists through a two week retreat led by ‘identity. ideas. industry’. (iii) Founder Shannelle ‘Tali’ Fergus, with visits and support by ZooNation’s Founder/Artistic Director Kate Prince, Musical Director DJ Walde and long-time Company Member Annie Edwards.

The participating artists will have access to 15 dancers, all of whom are iii and/or ZooNation Youth Company alum. Participating dancers will be compensated for their time.

The programme will culminate in a sharing of ideas for a small, invited audience of peers and industry figures.

The Artists is a collaboration between ZooNation and iii, made possible with the support of Arts Council England.
