Since 2010 Kate Prince and ZooNation have proudly held the positions of Associate Artist and Resident Company respectively. This is a dynamic and enduring relationship adapts and flexes in response to Kate and ZooNation’s growing and shifting work.

In 2024 ZooNation began a new residency at Robert Blair School (Islington).
This unique partnership enriches the students’ engagement with the performing arts while providing our company with an inspiring office and rehearsal space within the school’s beautiful Victorian building. It reflects our ongoing commitment to creativity, education, and community connection.

Producing Partners

ZooNation continues a valued creative partnership with The Old Vic, where Kate Prince is an Associate Artist. This collaboration has included the critically acclaimed production of Sylvia, which premiered in 2018 and returned to the stage in 2023. Our ongoing relationship with The Old Vic reflects a shared commitment to bold, innovative storytelling through music and movement.

ZooNation has enjoyed a creative partnership with The Royal Ballet and Opera since their first commission of The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party in 2014, which made a celebrated return to the Linbury Theatre in 2024.
This relationship continues to flourish through the ongoing support of ZooNation Youth Company, with new work commissioned annually for the Next Generation Festival since 2023.
