Salary: £35,500 p/a (Pro-rata £21,300 @ 3 days per week)
Contract: Permanent, part-time (3 days per week)

ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our communications strategy and champion our brand across all channels.

This exciting role comes at a pivotal time for ZooNation as we continue to push boundaries in Hip Hop-inspired theatre, following award-winning productions (Sylvia, Message In A Bottle, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party) and ahead of our brand-new Christmas show Ebony Scrooge at Sadler’s Wells East.

What you’ll do

• Lead ZooNation’s marketing and communications strategy.

• Create and deliver dynamic campaigns across digital and live projects.

• Oversee website, social media, and CRM strategies.

• Manage the Marketing & Company Coordinator.

• Develop partnerships with venues, press, and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in arts marketing (performing arts or charity sector a plus).

• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.

• Excellent copywriting, communication, and organisational abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, CMS, and design tools (e.g. Canva).

• A collaborative, proactive approach and passion for our mission.
