ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our communications strategy and champion our brand across all channels.
This exciting role comes at a pivotal time for ZooNation as we continue to push boundaries in Hip Hop-inspired theatre, following award-winning productions (Sylvia, Message In A Bottle, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party) and ahead of our brand-new Christmas show Ebony Scrooge at Sadler’s Wells East.
Lead ZooNation’s marketing and communications strategy.
Create and deliver dynamic campaigns across digital and live projects.
Oversee website, social media, and CRM strategies.
Manage the Marketing & Company Coordinator.
Develop partnerships with venues, press, and stakeholders.
Experience in arts marketing (performing arts or charity sector a plus).
Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and organisational abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems, CMS, and design tools (e.g. Canva).
A collaborative, proactive approach and passion for our mission.
£35,500 pro-rata (3 days p/w).
28 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata).

Due to high demand, we offer a maximum of three work placements per year across productions, learning and administration. These are focused on individuals facing barriers to accessing the arts.
