The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

ABOUT THE SHOW

Lewis Carroll’s Wonderland, reimagined into a Hip Hop infused tea party like no other.

The Queen of Hearts has anger issues, Alice struggles with body image, and the Mad Hatter, suffering from mercury poisoning, just wants to drink tea!

Confined to ‘Ladrington Brook’, the Institution for Extremely Normal Behaviour, the characters find themselves under the care of Ernest, an expert in “normalisation theory.” Tasked with fixing the residents of Ward ‘W,’ Ernest soon discovers—what’s so great about being normal, anyway?

Synopsis

Through explosive Hip Hop choreography, witty narration, and original music, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party transforms Wonderland into a high?energy, heartfelt exploration of identity, difference and self?acceptance.
