Creative Care

Creative Care is a learning project led by ZooNation that uses Hip Hop inspired dance and creativity to strengthen young people’s ability to navigate uncertainty, increase body awareness and develop greater social connection.

Through a series of Hip Hop inspired dance and movement based sessions the students will learn to notice, listen and respond to the signals in their body which will support them to recognise and regulate their feelings and support managing uncertainty.

Creative Care has three key ambitions:

Aim 1             Increase Body Awareness

Aim 2             Improving Uncertainty Management

Aim 3             Greater Social Connection

Creative Care has been developed and delivered at Robert Blair Primary School with the Key Stage Two students starting in September 2025. Generously supported by the Linbury Trust, ZooNation created and developed the programme with a Mental Health Practitioner and Evaluator to ensure we are delivering on our aims.
