Due to the ongoing restrictions and uncertainty surrounding easing of measures relating to close proximity to others in a studio setting whilst performing high intensity workouts such as dance, we have made the difficult decision not to hold our annual auditions for ZooNation Youth Company this September. The safety of both the company, our artists and the large number of young people we usually engage with on this day is of the utmost importance to us.
As a result of existing commitments and to provide the most stable and positive learning environment for all current company members, we will not audition at another point throughout the academic year.
The next ZooNation Youth Company auditions will therefore take place September 2021.
While the majority of our activity in the studio and in theatres may be on hold, you can continue to train with us and learn more about our work via our YouTube series Dance On Demand. You can keep in touch with ZooNation and join our quarterly newsletter.
We do hope to fully reopen our Academy of Dance to new starters in January 2021 (subject to government guidance). Please visit ZooNation Academy of Dance training pages for more information on these classes and email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest.
